Computers are  increasingly being used more and more in both work and home environments and its true to say I use them probably more than I should especially at home.

My wife has then said I have a third hobby as Computers are used daily I do continue to do weekly home study and try to keep up with the Microsoft Technet updates.

I started Karate in 1981 and continue to train under the EKKA.

I passed a 1 Kyu in Korean karate in 1993 but due to work and relocation to Sheffield I gave up.

I returned to Karate this year as I now live back in Ipswich and hope to get back the fitness that I had in the early 90s.

My daughter started training in June 2006 and passed her 12 Kyu in October.

In July my father started training and he also passed his 12 Kyu in October.

And as the website address denotes its going to include all the information about my radio station and the local amateurs who I talk to on a weekly basis.

My daughter has now given up karate for the moment but both my Father and Alex have now passed another belt.
